- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and system identifiers for app compatibility and security checks.
- Photos & Documents: Images or documents you upload for attendance proof, worker profiles, or site vouchers.
- Log Data: Diagnostic information, error crash logs, and usage performance statistics automatically logged via Firebase services.

- Provide workforce management, attendance tracking, ready rosters, vendor billing, and financial analytics.
- Verify worker attendance at designated construction sites or agency locations.
- Generate downloadable PDF invoices, DLR reports, and financial statements.
- Facilitate single-tap WhatsApp sharing of invoices and statements.
- Provide role-based access security across your business account.
- Improve app performance, stability, and customer support.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is securely stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore Database and Cloud Storage), compliant with global data security standards. We enforce strict data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and role-based authorization rules to ensure complete data privacy.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business data to third parties. Data is shared strictly as necessary:
- Within Your Organization: Authorized administrators and managers in your business account can view records submitted by workers and agents.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your registered business account remains active. Business account owners can request full deletion of all associated organization data at any time via the in-app deletion settings or by emailing our support team.

Workers Pro is intended strictly for professional business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 13 years of age.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate details, request account data deletion, or revoke device permissions (location, camera, storage) anytime in your device settings.
